- converted into Alitalia Miles at the rate of 5 Miles for each accumulated Euro.

It is personal and non-transferable.
It is issued exclusively to employees of companies which have stipulated corporate agreements with Starhotels. The Starcard will be valid up to expiration of the contract to which it is linked. Upon renewal of your company's contract with Starhotels, the Starcard will be renewed automatically.
Applying for Starcard
To apply for the card, fill out the application form. The applicant will be sent the number of his/her personal card which can be used immediately to enjoy the Starcard benefits pending reception of the definitive card.
Rates
The rates stipulated in the contracts are in any case guaranteed to Starcard holders within the conditions and clauses applicable to the related corporate agreement of the company.
Discounts
Starcard discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, special initiatives, etc.
Present your card when paying your bill directly at the restaurant.
Redeeming accumulated Euros
All Euros accumulated by the 31st December of each year must be redeemed by the 30th June of the following year, after wich date all outstanding euros from the previous year will expire.
To redeem the accumulated Euros, the cardholder should contact Customer Care Starhotels at: +39 0553692312.
The accumulated Euros can be not redeemed by booking a special discounted rate and/or a promotion.
Terms of redemption:
redeeming in Starhotels accommodations redeeming will be acknowledged on Rack, Corporate, Promo and Leisure room rates for accommodations in any of the Starhotels in Italy and in Paris during any period and any day of the week. Each time, the amount redeemed must be at least 30,00 Euros and must not exceed the total cost of the room alone;
redeeming by conversion into Alitalia Miles* the conversion rate is 5 Miles for each accumulated Euro and can be applied for a minimum of 30,00 Euros at a time.
