- A room guaranteed available without booking with arrival by 6:00 pm, except during trade fairs or special events
- 10% of the total room rate will be credited to a personal account and can be, upon request:
- spent on future accommodations at any of the Starhotels in Italy and in Paris, during any period and any day of the week
- donated to another person for accommodation at any of the Starhotels in Italy and in Paris, during any period and any day of the week
- converted into Alitalia Miles at the rate of 5 Miles for each accumulated Euro
- Priority on waiting lists during period of trade fairs or special events
- Complimentary Night Comfort Kit, unisex nightshirt and toiletries necessary for an unplanned overnight hotel stay (by request only)
